Shipping Policy – SEVEN MUSES

We are proud to offer complimentary standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 USD. All of our pieces are ethically handmade in small batches at our atelier in Antalya, Turkey, and shipped with care to customers across the globe.


📍 Shipment Origin & Fulfillment

All items are shipped from our atelier in Antalya, Turkey.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-order pieces may take up to 2 weeks. You’ll receive a shipping update via email within 24 hours of your purchase.


🚚 Delivery & Tracking

We ship via DHL Express and UPS for all international orders.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


🌍 Shipping Zones

We ship to 200+ countries worldwide.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+3) are usually dispatched same or next business day.

Some remote areas may incur an additional shipping fee—we will contact you if this applies.


📦 Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Seven Muses is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Delayed collection from courier access points

Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you with redirection options. A $20 USD redirection fee may apply if reshipment is requested.

If redirection is declined or no response is received within 14 days, the parcel may be marked as abandoned.


✈️ Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Seven Muses is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes once the package has been shipped.

Orders to the USA typically do not incur customs due to import limits.

For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.


⏳ Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

  • Europe & Middle East: 2–5 business days

  • North America: 3–6 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note: these do not include the 2–3 business day processing time. Customs clearance or peak season may cause additional delays.


📦 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will list estimated shipment dates in the product description.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once all pieces are ready—unless you request otherwise.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account via the ‘person’ icon at the top right corner of our website.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 to 30 days of delivery, depending on your location:

Domestic (Turkey) orders: Return must be received within 14 days of delivery.

International orders: Return must be received within 30 days of delivery.

We offer store credit (no expiry) or exchange for eligible returns.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

All returns must be unused, unwashed, and include all original packaging.
