Return Eligibility:

  • You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item purchased from Sevenmuses within 14 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, email with the specific items you wish to return.
  • Upon receiving your email, we will reply to you with specifics and you can ship the items back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
  • We recommend using our size charts to ensure a proper fit before purchase. If you have any sizing questions, feel free to contact us at for guidance.

Return Packaging Requirements:

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including the wooden box, silk pouches, and cardboard box (or an equivalent sturdy box for protection).
  • We cannot accept returns with damaged packaging, including those with cargo company stickers, duct tape, or any other form of damage. In such cases, the items will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  • If the product originally included accessories, all accessories must also be returned undamaged in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items purchased using gift cards, store credit, gift cards themselves, store credit itself, and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, shipping costs may apply to exchanges, depending on your location or if it's a repeat exchange.

Return Deductions:

  • A return shipping fee of €50 will be deducted from your total refund amount if you have sent the product with a collect call.
  • Please note that the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email with your exchange request and the product you wish to exchange.
  2. We will inspect the returned item. If approved, we will ship your desired replacement within 3 to 5 business days (if in stock).
  3. If the replacement is not in stock, we will either:
    • Produce it in our atelier upon your request. This option will be discussed with respective customers.
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only available for a different color, size, or quantity of the same product model. You cannot exchange for a completely different product.
