We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

  • Turkey orders: Item must be received within 14 days of approval.

  • International orders: Item must be received within 30 days of approval.

✅ Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable)

  • In original packaging (for accessories, handbags, shoes)

  • Free from stains, odors, damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

  • We cover return shipping for faulty/damaged items

  • Domestic exchange fees:

    • Up to 500g — $10 USD

    • 500g–1kg — $15 USD

    • Over 1kg — $20 USD

  • International shipping varies by country – contact us for a quote

Final Sale items are not returnable unless faulty.
